Marcela Tapia Altamirano
Graduated with a Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, she has been a Lawyer for 25 years within and as an in-house in the manufacturing industry (automotive, electronics and medical & real state), in the energy and telecommunications sectors. Her passion is to provide comprehensive and tailored legal strategies for new entrepreneurs, national and transnational companies, breaking down their operation and integrating all their areas to achieve comprehensive growth within a legal framework, anticipating contingencies and anticipating their needs through an analysis of the complete scenario and the correct use of all resources.
Lucía has a great capacity for analysis, a keen eye for detail, and she is a brilliant negotiator. She considers herself a translator of the wishes and needs of her clients, from a contract to the constitution of a company. Her job is to translate their agreements and negotiations to the legal framework.
With a bachelor’s degree in Management with a major in marketing from the Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua, she has more than 20 years of experience mainly in the manufacturing industry (medical, electronic and metal mechanical) in supply chain, planning, purchasing and quality Control. Her inside approach, vast knowledge, lively personality and leadership, allows her to successfully execute many projects involving all areas of operation with a 360 approach. Her practical and creative analytical thinking led her to be a high potential executive for the past eleven years. She considers project management as an art form; she is a fixer and thrives on finding the right solution for all our clients. An effective negotiator, communicator and change maker, always seeking new creative and cost-effective solutions for her clients in dealing with suppliers, commodities and vendor protocols through her immersion and synergy with the human capital of the business and corporate headquarters, providing a clear communication path, mapping of all their processes and negotiations for their successful execution. She is a certified green belt in lean six sigma.

Our History
Lucía and Marcela Tapia Altamirano are siblings, daughters of accountant’s working together in their own accounting firm. Both of them grew up learning from a young age about the operation of their parents clients. They were raised and trained with a high calling for service, a strict level of professionalism and honesty, under the mentorship of both their parents who became their first teachers in the corporate sector, thanks to their father´s experience as Financial Controller for transnational companies. After becoming professionals, each took their first steps in their own careers, and separately thrived in different sectors with more than 40 years of combined experience mainly in the manufacturing industry (medical, automotive, electronic, energy, construction, real state, and telecommunications), where they have worked as high potential professionals and have obtained recognition and distinctions each in their area of ​​expertise.
